I am one of the proud owners of Progression property Estate Agents, having created the brand in 2021. I have in excess of 20 years hands on experience in the property industry since I graduated from University, including a spell undertaking commercial business / property sales in Scotland. I have worked within the Teesside / North East market for 12 years which I believe gives me the ability to advise our clients effectively and honestly. I am still hands on within the business, and carry out ‘Market Appraisals’ and viewings when the need demands, however my main roles are to run the business, come up with strategies to keep us moving forward and growing, to keep my wonderful team motivated and give them a platform to achieve their goals and perform to the maximum of their ability by offering ongoing support, encouragement and training. I also create and implement marketing strategies and forge relationships with other companies and individuals who can provide us with business on a referral basis. My role also involves ‘back office’ tasks including paperwork and balancing the books.
I am one of the Directors of Progression Property estate agents. I have worked in the property industry for 15 years, spending the first five years working in the maintenance department of the local housing authority. After a brief stint working in the motor trade I came back to Property in 2014 and in the same year I started a business management degree with the open university. In the past ten years I have a vast range of experience working in Teesside and the county Durham areas with a corporate estate agents, auction company, a property development company and a large social housing firm. I graduated from the open university during lockdown in 2020 with a 2:1 and 12 months later Progression Property was born. I pride myself on giving our clients honest advice to achieve their property goals. I am still heavily involved with the day to day tasks of the business including viewings and market appraisals alongside the administrative part of the business like accounting, marketing and HR. What I enjoy most about property is the wide range of people you get to interactive with and help from the first time renters to the largest investors.
I have worked in the world of the property market for the last 7 years and during this time I have built on my knowledge within the lettings market.
With this knowledge I successfully joined the progression property team over 3 years ago, taking on the role of lettings manager and office manager. This has been a very busy and productive time for myself and the company.
I believe it is essential to provide a high-quality service for both landlords and tenants and I pride myself on having a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
I thrive on attention to details and my main focus and goals within progression lettings is to ensure our clients feel comfortable and are at ease with handling their investments into the safety of my hands to find them the perfect tenant for their property.

Hello, my names Liam Taylor and I am the Area Development Manager for SYPF in Co.Durham. I have been in this role now for 4 years.
My role entails the sourcing of properties to sell around Co.Durham. Targeting investment properties mainly under the £100,000 threshold with a R.O.I range of over 8%.
I also follow up with the vendors and investors through out the sales process keeping them upto date of how the sale is progressing.
My working history is very varied, alongside this role I work around the world leading a team to setup the garage for a F1 team Haas. I have also worked in construction, utilities and in my early career I proudly served in HM Armed forces for 7 years. Completing operational tours in Afghanistan & Iraq in that time.

My name is Catherine and I have worked at Progression Property since late 2023
I deal with all things administration across sales and lettings, my job is very varied and can include completing money laundering checks, sending memos of sale, doing sales progression and compiling marketing packs amongst many other things and have also dabbled a little in property sales.
The best part of my job is seeing people get their dream property whether in sales or lettings and working as a team with my colleagues to achieve this.
I have 7 years experience in lettings and property management. Prior to working in property I had a variety of jobs, mostly customer / client facing in various fields such as accounting, leisure and catering management which developed my communication and negotiation skills.
I started my career in property in 2002, not long after leaving school.
Working for some of the largest property companies in the North East in various roles, over the years I gained a range of skills and made many useful contacts in the local market.
In 2010 I helped set up a new Estate Agency Brand in the Teesside area learned a lot of lessons as a business owner.
Having sold that company in 2018 I took a break from property and eventually found myself in the world of commercial vehicles, looking after large corporate clients across the UK.
For 5 years I helped large National Companies design and build the vehicles they needed for commercial uses.
With over 20 years of experience in the property industry and the local housing market, it was an easy decision to return to the industry to work with Craig and the team at Progression.
